“Working in an office for a giant company many years ago. One that was failing, and it was an interesting experience. I felt like every time I had an idea for a fix or improvement I was viewed as a bad seed, even though I was the only one resisting the notion that the company would fold. It was a weird realization knowing I was the only one who didn’t want to give up the fight and that is what made me feel alienated. The majority was defeated and wanted me to join that cause. People preferred not to rock the boat even though everyone could see it was headed for an iceberg. I wanted to build a better boat and find a new path of travel” - Zepp
